The acai berry seems to have reached a quick dizzying level of superstardom, but the reality is that this berry has been present on mother earth since centuries and has been used for its health benefits too. The acai is a native Brazilian fruit. It has been known in the rainforest region since several centuries. It is one of the staple foods of the region. The Importance of Clean Pure Water For Health

Many of us fail to realize just how important clean drinking water is for the body – did you know that the human organism is primarily water? We are talking about over 70%, with the quality of our health and wellbeing coming down largely to the quality of the waters contained within the body.

The break down of the body’s make up in term of constituents stands at 72% water, 20% solid tissue and bone, and 8% a combination of chemical compounds. When this is looked at from a biochemical standpoint, it stands to reason that the quality of the body’s fluids would have a significant impact on the overall well being of a person. Each life giving action that occurs in the body takes place in this body of water.

The last decade has brought many medically based discoveries to the fore of our awareness, one of them being the enormous capacity of the human body to heal itself of virtually any pathology if just given the chance. By instinct, our body knows how to heal itself, and it has been found that water is the key!

Each cell in the human body is governed by a series of complex electrical signals that are sent from the nervous system that stems from the brain. Essentially, the nervous system is a complex system of minute “waterways”. For example, if we get dehydrated, the fluid in our nerves will congeal, releasing a congested mix of synthetic and organic contaminants that distort the critical signals in the body.

Recently it has been medically shown that even a drop as little as 4% in fluids within the body will cause up to a 30% loss of energy. So for all of us out there that at times suffer from low energy, more times than not this will be because we are dehydrated. A 15% drop in body fluids actually will kill us!

The statistics have it that more than 65% of people don’t consume enough fluids, with many of us experiencing some degree of dehydration. Effectively this means that much of the populace is running at roughly 70% of our capacity, and in many cases less.

Conditions like ulcers, hypertension, arthritis, fatigue, sickness and headaches can be significantly reduced in many cases or entirely prevented by simply drinking an adequate amount of clean water.

It is important to mention that clean pure water is what should be consumed, not just adequate amounts of fluids like coffee, tea, and sodas. It is very important to realize that many fluids, like those mentioned, will actually dehydrate the body. The idea is to keep the body hydrated.

Remember, every time we consume a meal, a certain amount of available fluid is required to shuttle the nutrients away from the bowel, and just as importantly, an adequate amount of fluid is needed to flush the toxin load from the body that builds up from metabolic wastes.

When the body is supplied decent water, the correct nutrients and minerals, our body can overcome virtually anything!

Recovering From Breast Augmentation Surgery

The total downtime after surgery depends on where your breast implants were placed. There is a significant difference between implants placed over and those placed under the muscle. Your surgeon’s technique also matters.

Some women go through a considerable amount of pain during the healing period, but there are also those who go through little or no pain at all. Many find that the pain can be quite debilitating when implants are placed under, and not over the muscle.

Treatment For Piles Naturally

Though there are surgical ways that piles can be taken care of, most people love to avoid that step by using a more natural treatment for piles, or at least ways that they can stay home and rid themselves of piles. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Gain Muscle Work Out

Since his bodybuilding career, Arnold Schwarzenegger has become the poster child of it all. In the sixties, Arnold took bodybuilding from a little known sport and sparked the surge to the multi million dollar a year industry it is today.

Back when Arnold was starting out in bodybuilding, he’s always had a winning mentality. No matter what he goes after in life – bodybuilding, acting, politics etc he always excels.

Arnold trained almost every single day of the week for hours each day. That was back in the sixties though, when people didn’t know half as much about building muscle as they do now. These days there are more effective ways of making your muscles grow.

There are gain muscle workouts pasted all over the internet and they’re not hard to find. Some of these are great, some will work to a certain degree and some aren’t very good at all. Let’s have a look at what Arnold was doing when he was training for his first Mr. Universe competition at 22 years old.

First, I must tell you, that to gain muscle there are three key rules you must abide by -

* Training – You must have a very specific and strict gain muscle work out regime

* Eating – You must eat a lot and eat right

* Rest – Muscles only grow while you rest, not in the gym. Your body will force your muscles to grow while you sleep if you are training properly.

Now, focusing on work outs, first of all you should train three times per week for an hour each session. Always have one or two day’s rest between each workout. Train each muscle group only once per week and try to stay away from cardio exercise.

Workout 1

Squats, Deadlifts, Calf Raises, Abdominals.

Workout 2

Lat Pull-Downs, Bicep Curls, Bent-Over Rows, Lateral Raises

Workout 3

Abdominals (optional), Shoulder Press, Bench Press, Tricep Curls

For each exercise, complete as follows

* 2 warm-up sets of 8 reps (don’t work to failure) * Increase weight and perform 1 set of 8 reps (work to failure) * Increase weight and perform 1 set of 6 reps (work to failure) * Increase weight and perform 1 set of 4 reps (work to failure) * Increase weight and perform 1 set of 2-4 reps (work to failure) * Drop the weight back down to the weight of your first set and work to failure * Half that weight and work to failure

Print out this gain muscle work out and try it out. The work to rest ratio is perfect if you perform each work out once per week. If you eat right and get plenty of rest you’ll be built like Arnold Schwarzenegger in no time at all!
