In the SA 5000 also uses a multipoint shiatsu massage for the lower body. Specially designed nodes are used to penetrate specific areas to provide relief. These nodes are activated during the course of the shiatsu massage.
Sanyo has incorporated the stiffness detection system to the SA 5000. This stiffness detection system works off a devise similar to a computer mouse. You must hold the mouse by cupping your hand over the top. This device is in addition to the remote control.
Sanyo provides the SA 5000 massage chair with a one-year labor parts warranty. They also offer one-year in-home technician service. The roller mechanism of the SA 5000 massage chair is covered for three years. Some dealers offer extended warranties but this is at additional expense.

Lately, people have started to experiment with alternate delivery methods for the acai berry. There are many reasons as to why this is so, but corporate competition is probably at the head of that list. One of the more interesting developments to hit the market in recent times has to do with the idea of the powder acai berry diet.
Under this particular concept, you would actually purchase something akin to drinking powder. It would be the berry dried and then ground down into a fine powder. You would then mix this powder with water in order to make a drink that you could then consume in order to get the recommended amount of berry needed for whatever acai diet you happen to be on at the time.
For many people, this is definitely a good thing. For starters, a fruit drink based on the acai berry is a delicious proposition and there are excess of people around that have a much easier time drinking a fruit drink than eating a fruit (just think of everyone that loves orange juice and you’ll see the proof). In addition to that however, there are also plenty of people that have digestive problems through earlier bad diets. For these people, getting to do the acai berry diet with a liquid instead of a solid is an absolute godsend.
Like most things however, there are drawbacks to this method. For starters, you are not getting the berry in its actual form. Instead, you are getting an acai diet that uses a berry that has been shipped, aged, dried and ground, all of which compromises at least the taste of the final product. Many would argue that it compromises effectiveness versus eating fresh berries, a point that is not disputed by many.
This is not to say that the acai berry diet is less effective with its liquid form, just that is less effective over the same period of time. You’ll likely have to take it longer to experience the same effects. For people that were planning on a permanent switch to acai, this is hardly as big a drawback as it otherwise might be.

Many Caucasians prefer to have a tanned complexion. This is the reason why many tanning lotions are produced to satisfy the growing demand for it. One popular type is the tingle bronzer. Tingle bronzers are tanning lotions that when applied on the body gives a tingly feeling that can either be hot on the skin or cool to touch depending on your brand of choice.

Many wonder if it is safe to use tingle bronzers and the answer is absolutely. They are not dangerous but they can be irritating to the skin and cause you to be uncomfortable such. They basically react to the skin much the same way as an icy hot or bengay patch. They are for adults only no children should use them.
Tingle tanning lotions are typically going to turn the skin red but this is normal as this redness will eventually become your tanned skin. This happens due to the increased blood flow to the applied area. The ingredients used consist of benzyl, methyl and hexyl nicotinate.
Many users will power through the discomfort in the tingle bronzers and continue usage as it has a very fast acting agent that gets the skin tanned much quicker than your typical indoor tanning lotions.

The IRS recently released guidance, in a question and answer format, addressing how employers are to administer and seek recovery of the new COBRA premium subsidy enacted under the American ecovery and Reinvestment Tax Act of 2009 (P.L. 111-5). The Act provides that an individual who has been involuntarily terminated on or after September 1, 2008, through the end of 2009 is required to pay only 35% of the group health insurance premium to secure COBRA continuation coverage (up to nine months).
The new guidance focuses on digit broad areas: Form preparation – the mechanics of how an employer recovers the COBRA payment subsidy through a payroll credit claimed on bureau Form 941, and administration and eligibility. The guidance also addresses common inquiries surrounding the timing of when the subsidy begins and ends.
How The Subsidy Will Work: Former employees and their family are “assistance eligible employees” if they are eligible for COBRA health insurance continuation coverage as a result of any involuntary termination occurring from September 1, 2008, through December 31, 2009. Those individuals are required to pay only 35% of the group health insurance premium that would otherwise apply.
Under the new guidance Act, the “person to whom the premiums are payable” – generally, the employer – pays the other 65% of the COBRA continuation premium. The employer will then be reimbursed by means of a federal payroll tax credit claimed on Form 941.
The Payroll Credit Generally, an employer can claim the payroll credit for the COBRA payment subsidy on Form 941, Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax Return. To do so, the employer should enter the amount of any COBRA payment assistance payments paid on behalf of employees for that lodge on Line 12a. The amount entered should equal 65% of suitable workers’ total COBRA payment payments – not amounts received from past employees.
In its Guidance, the bureau indicated that there has been some fault surrounding the proper sort of individuals to be reported on Line 12b as having received COBRA payment assistance reported on Line 12a. The guidance clarifies that only one individual should be counted for Line 12b purposes in a situation where a past employee has also secured coverage for other qualifying individuals much as a relative and/or children.
Clarification has come that the COBRA premium reduction applies as of the first period of coverage beginning on or after February 17, 2009, for which a qualifying involuntary terminated employee is eligible to pay 35% of the premium. The exact date of coverage is contingent upon the period to which premiums are charged to the plan. The 35% premium subsidy generally applies until the earliest of three events: (1) when the former employee secures other health insurance coverage; (2) the date that is nine months after the first day of the first month for which the special COBRA premium subsidy provision applies; or (3) the date the individual is no longer eligible for COBRA continuation coverage.

The amount and timing of your meals will stabilize your blood sugar level and will make you less likely to crave for food and eat excessively. Combined with eating nutrient-rich foods, this habit will aid you in maintaining the energy level you need throughout the day and for workouts.
3. Take advantage of pre and post-workout windows. Eating before and right after your workouts can greatly enhance your training results. You see, our body use up a lot of energy when we workout so eating a high-protein snack complemented with some healthy carbohydrates can give enough fuel to our body to last us throughout a session. Our bodies then become very receptive to nutrients after our workout. Take advantage of this by eating a high-protein meal after your work out.
Understanding some key principles of nutrition and diet is essential for increasing muscle mass and fine-tuning your results. Take the time to learn these three key principles as you develop a solid training program that works for you.

You may have heard of the Cabbage Soup Diet. Many people have lost immediate weight the first week or two they go on this diet, but have lost interest after that and regained the weight, which is much like the results on other low to no carb diets. For a diet to work long term, it must offer enough variety to be enjoyed and eaten over a period of time.
This diet is well known as a fat burning soup diet, being that it contains ingredients which are believed to help the body burn off fat. However, other than the cabbage soup, dieters on this regimen do not have a lot of dietary choices besides low to no carb foods such as fruits and vegetables.
When taking a closer look at the recipe for this cabbage soup or fat burning soup, it is clear that this can be considered a low to no carb diet. The soup includes fat burning vegetables like onions, peppers, tomatoes and cabbage. You can also substitute other cruciferous vegetables such as cauliflower or broccoli for the cabbage. Spices and hot sauce can be added to liven up the soup.
This diet is very carbohydrate-poor, since carbohydrates are turned into sugar by the body and then stored in fat cells. This soup is vegetable based and low-carb; the ingredients encourage your metabolism to burn off more calories. The diet works like this: Eat all the soup you want every day, whenever you are hungry. However, on Day 2 for dinner, you can have a baked potato, which is carbs, but they use it to fool the metabolism into thinking you are eating carbs again.
Day three is soup, along with fruits and vegetables. On day four, you can eat soup, skim milk and bananas. Day five adds tomatoes and lean meats; on day six, you can also have lean meats and leafy vegetables. On the last day, you can have brown rice along with your soup. This is not a diet which many can stick with for long – it does not offer a lot of variety or meet your protein needs over the long term.
The cabbage soup diet is just like any of the low to no carb diets, in the fact it restricts the carbohydrates, which the body turns to sugar for energy or stores in fat cells. The diet doesn’t restrict how often you eat, which is likely to be often, as long as it is soup, or the fruit/vegetable of the day.
