Writing down the times you went to bed and when you woke up, the hours you slept and everything you did on that day can help you understand why you are not sleeping. When you have well slept nights it is easy to read what you did and try to duplicate that.

Relaxation techniques are a new age way of trying to get rid of all the stress that the world is causing us to have. It can also be a good way to sleep better if you can’t stop thinking about your day when you try to sleep.

Getting up in the early hours and maybe even doing an exhausting workout the first thing you get out of bed can make you tired for the rest of the day and make you fall asleep immediately when you close your eyes at night.
