How to Stop Taking Hypertension Medicine in a Natural Way

Many of my clients have emailed me to let me know that my programs have really helped them get healthier. They feel better, body and mind.

It’s refreshing to be able to interact with customers personally.

One question which has been repeatedly asked by my customers is: Can I stop taking hypertension medicine in a natural way – using only this program.

In a nutshell, yes, most of you can get off your high blood pressure medicine using only my natural program.

The focus should be to take it slow and always consult your doctor before you attmept to stop taking prescribed medicine.

Begin using my program. Record your blood pressure readings daily. As the blood pressure drops, see your doctor and ask him or her about reducing your prescription.

Don’t worry if your doctor does not encourage you in the same way about my program. Most doctors are trained to consider medicine first and natural remedies second, if at all. Wait for your lowered blood pressure readings to prove that it works.

Keep following the program. Each time you notice a pattern of reduced blood pressure readings, talk to your doctor about reducing the medicine again.

As you use the program and take less medicine, you should be able to consult with your doctor and remove the medicine for hypertension, altogether.

My first exercise leads you through rhythmical walking. This patter of walking allows for better focus and your brain and emotions are then able to “relax.”

My second exercise will lead you though a way to find the feelings which cause anxiety and also allow you to calmly remove it from your system.

In the third exercise, you will be led through a total body relaxation. This simple exercise is extremelly effective.

Using these exercises will produce results. Over 75% of my clients have been able to lower their blood pressure within one week and almost 90% of my clients were able to lower their blood pressure within a month.
