Michael Thurmond Diet – Being a D Body Type

If you are a classified as a Body Type “D”, there are two primary reasons why you are fat or becoming fatter. The first reason is because you do not have enough adequate lean muscle tissue to burn fat from calories. The second reason is because your metabolism is very slow and does not have enough power to burn all the calories you consume within the day.
