Natural Anxiety Cures – Check Out These 3 Powerful Remedies!
Interested in some natural anxiety cures? While medications can work, they often come with some horrible side-effects, that’s why more and more people these days are looking to herbal solutions.
The only question is do herbal remedies work? Well, believe it or not, herbal remedies have been around much longer and have been effectively used by the ancient Chinese, Egyptians and Greeks for thousands of years. So with all that to back it herbs up, here are some to consider trying:
1. Peppermint
Yup, peppermint is one of the better natural anxiety cures out there. It’s not only good for general anxiety but it’s also been known to help fight road rage and fatigue as it acts as a sedative.
One of the ways to take it is to pick up a tincture and use 1-2ml of that each day.
If you’d rather not use the tincture, you can also opt for some peppermint tea. Just place 1 or 2 teaspoons of the peppermint in a cup and pour boiled water into it to steep it. Leave it for about 5-10 minutes and then strain the peppermint for a nice calming tea.
2. St. Johns Wort
Another great solution which was favored by Slavic herbalists many years ago. This is best taken as a tea. Just take 2-3 teaspoons of this, put it in a cup and place a cup of boiled water over top of that. Let it steep for 10 minutes before straining it and drinking.
3. Lemon Balm(Also Known As Bee Balm)
This is a remedy used mainly by the Greeks and has been used for dealing with stress, anxiety and high blood pressure. What you need to do is pick up some extract and take in 2-3ml of it per day. Alternatively you can go with the pills and take those as indicated on the bottle.
All of the above solutions are working natural anxiety cures, however they will not be able to completely cure you of your anxiety. To do that, you’re going to need a solution which gets to the root of the problem.
