They are not meant to be used by those of us that just need to take off a few pounds. They are EXTREMELY powerful, and if you don’t truly need them, diet and exercise is better. However, if they are needed, they can help you make major life altering changes.

Examine all the numerous weight loss strategies, consult a physician, work out which plan (or combination) works best with your lifestyle and eating patterns…and you should have no difficulty reaching your goal weight and staying at that level.
