People in today’s world are affected by Stress. This happens When we are home or at work, we are burdened of life. But, stress is only man-made. We weigh ourselves down with the unnecessary tensions and this leads to illnesses from head-ache to depression and other health concerns.

The only way to effectively handle stress is by a incorporating a relaxing and stress reduction techniques in our day-to-day life to optimize our immune system and get the best work possible out of ourselves. How do you know you have symptoms of this silent killer? They are visible in the form of aches and other stress related illnesses. I have found that Medical issues like fatigue, depression, allergies, are some of the symptoms of stress. Yes, Stress is naturally used by early humans for survival in extreme conditions, is now translated to survival at work and home.

What happens during a stressful situations? Your body has to work overtime to supply enough fuel and strength. Ultimately your body will be overworked and this could lead to cardiovascular problems, forgetfulness, unable to think clearly, vulnerability to infections due to a weak immune system and even obesity. Like aging, stress also affects hormonal production. Lack of hormones like insulin, cortisol and thyroid hormones also ruins the human body. The impact of stress on us is very evident on the heart, brain, the immune system and even body fat.

Reacting to people also influences to a large extent by our mood. If you are relaxed, you can think things through and arrive at a logical decision. But stress, leads to Hasty-decisions. And results in the problems we face everyday, like road rage, marital discord and family issues.
