Take your vitamins. This is a common mantra that many health professionals will espouse to those looking for more optimal health. There is good reason for this. There are two prime sources of vitamins, organic food and vitamin supplements. These are essentially self explanatory terms. These also have the side benefit of being cost effective as well so you really cant go wrong with them!
