What to expect during the pregnancy trimesters

Pregnancy can be a beautiful thing, culminating in a new child brought to this earth. Most women experience a wide range of trimester symptoms, and the question many have is what to expect during pregnancy.

In the first trimester you can expect some small changes to your body. Your breasts will most likely feel a bit sore and tender, something that will reside in trimester two. Most women also have the famous morning sickness, which really is a misnomer since the nausea actually doesn’t follow a clock and can come at any time of the day.

Trimester two is probably the least discomforting of the pregnancy trimesters. Your nausea symptoms have probably gone been gone for a while now, and you might even feel a burst of energy and strength. Use this energy to get a pre-birth workout regime going, and also look at your diet to check if you and your child are getting the necessary nutrients.

The last of the trimesters is also the one that has the most potential for discomfort. You will probably have a hard time sleeping as the child grows and turns in your tummy. In preparation for labor you might also experience false contractions. Some women have these many days before giving birth, so just be patient and try to find comfort in your home.

Pregnancy symptoms, as mentioned, vary between woman to woman. Some feel great throughout the whole pregnancy, while others get the worst of the syptoms described. Be sure to contact your doctor if you ever feel that something is not right, or the discomfort becomes to big.
